"the burger joint" was launched in February 2011, in Glyfada. Our experience with a vast range of restaurants in New York and Athens , like Green Kitchen, Casa di Pasta, Silver Star, Cubanita, has provided the foundation and high standards required for the creation of an exemplary and original burger joint.
Our burgers are freshly prepared daily and are made with 100% fresh Black Angus beef,which is imported by us from the US and Australia and are medium-well cooked to order, so that they are juicy and full of flavour.
Our burger buns are made with our own homemade recipe and are baked every morning so that they are always fresh and tasty. Our fries are fresh and fried in corn oil. Our vegetables are also fresh and hand-picked. Our sauces are freshly made daily in our restaurant and are based on the chef's recipe. The oil used in our salads and sauces is extra virgin olive oil from Crete. Lastly, our desserts and ice-creams are always fresh too and are made by our Pastry chef following our own recipes in order to provide the perfect finishing touch to your lunch or dinner...Enjoy!
